REFUND & MAKE-UP POLICY
City Owlets will issue a refund less a $25 cancellation fee and the cost of classes that have taken place PRIOR to the end of the second week of class. After the end of the second week of class, no refunds or credits will be given. The cancellation fee can be waived if you decide accept a City Owlets account credit  instead. The credit can be applied to open-play passes or event bookings.

Please note that City Owlets allows unlimited make-ups where you can always drop-in to any class that is within your child's target age range and has availability throughout the 10-week semester. All make-ups must be completed by the end of the last week of the 10-week semester. Missed classes are not exchangeable for open-play passes.
